Cozy Runner Club Kicks Off Jan 19, 2025

The brand-new 2025 "Cozy Runner Club" running event started on January 19, drawing nearly 5,000 runners to Shuinan. The event also featured a “one-day-only market” and a variety of interactive experiences, allowing runners to enjoy the joy of a friendly and engaging lifestyle with family and friends!

To create a healthy urban atmosphere with Taichung.
"Life is already fast enough, so just take it slow and enjoy the run!" On event day, Director of the Taichung Sports Department, Yu Chih-Hsiang, attended on behalf of Mayor Lu Shiow-Yen to cheer on the runners. He also reminded participants to warm up properly in the chilly weather and expressed gratitude to Guo-Ju Construction for giving back to Taichung. By organizing this running event, they are promoting a healthy lifestyle and encouraging a stronger fitness culture among citizens.
Before the run, participants warmed up with World Gym, getting their energy up for the race. Runners in the 10K and 5K categories were cheered on by Fubon Angel members, Jamie, Lemon, Anna, and Caroline, setting off from Zhongke Road with a relaxed and joyful vibe. The 10K runners took on Guangfu Bridge, following the riverside path to embrace the rhythm and tranquility of running before making their way back to the event venue.

The aroma of coffee and delicious food filled the air and drawing in crowds as the marketplace. Meanwhile, Cheng Guang’s interactive activities added even more fun to the event!
The charm of the Cozy Runner Club goes beyond the run, it’s a full-on lifestyle experience. From a freshly pour-over coffee to an exclusive cocktail, and a variety of delicious bites from breakfast to lunch, runners and their families enjoyed a laid-back morning in the best way possible. The event featured stalls from eight renowned Central Taiwan dining brands, drawing nonstop crowds. Meanwhile, the check-in and market voucher giveaway had people eagerly lining up, bringing the concept of mindful and friendly living into every detail.
